Wallboard
 
 
The wallboard solutions offered by JAMS Technologies allow companies to harness the power of 'real time data' in their contact centers. The wallboards are powerful tools to help business operate in real time that helps supervisors/team leaders/contact center managers to react faster to the change in business but at the same time take decisions based on up-to-date and accurate data. It also helps agents to become proactive and improve the productivity in the organization.
 
There are various flavors of wallboard available depending upon who and where the information needs to be displayed such as Agent Side wallboard that shows agent stats, plasma display wallboard that is to show skill group stats along with configurable scrolling messages, team leader wallboard for supervisors for skill group stats, SMS wallboard for remote supervisors / contact center managers to receive threshold based stats by SMS and email wallboard.

  Thus the various types of wallboards from JAMS are:
    Agent wallboard - Soft-wallboard on Agent's PC for proactive monitoring of their personal and team's performance.
   
Contact Center wallboard - Soft-wallboard which projects performance statistics on a plasma / LCD screen or Manager's PC.
    UCCE Wallboard -Contact center wallboards for Cisco UCCE.
    Wallboard for Hosted platform - Contact center wallboards for Cisco hosted IPCC.
    ACD Wallboard - Contact center wallboards for ACD's (other than Cisco) .
   
UCC Wallboard Summary Option - Optional module for Contact center wallboards for Cisco UCCE/UCCX to provide grouping of the skill groups/CSQ's and show summary of real time stats on the wallboard. This is option is dynamically
configurable.
    UCC Wallboard Resilience Option - Optional module for Contact center wallboards for Cisco UCCE/UCCX to provide resilience (side A Side B).
