  JAMS J-Skype Connector for Cisco IPCC:
   
  J-SkypeCC can be integrated to an existing ACD solution such as Cisco's IP contact center (IPCC).
  The integration will blend Skype as a channel into an existing ACD solution e.g. not offering a Skype call to an agent who is handling a PSTN call / email plus consolidated reporting through Cisco Web view.
  The J-SkypeCC server software manages the J-SkypeCC agents and IPCC agents.
  The solution includes an IPCC integrated multi-channel agent desktop that enables an agent to answer IPCC calls as well as skype calls from the same interface.
